        Canada & USA no tracking number: 5$ (not tracked)  we are not responsible for lost parcels. We will not send another package if the previous parcel is lost. That is why we higly recommend to take the shipping option with tracking number, especially with handmade jewelry. 

 

International:  shipping rates - Free shipping on orders over 150$

Orders are usually shipped within 1 week but can take up to 4-6 weeks!

 PLASTIC FREE PACKAGING

Your Jewelry comes in a plastic free packaging. It is packed in a cute cardboard jewelry box that you can re-use or put in the recycling. Our jewelry tags are made by a local artist from Montreal and are made of paper as well. Finally, we ship all orders in padded paper mailers that can by recycled :)

 

 RETURNS

• If the jewelry arrive damaged or broken, please send a picture to coteouestjewelry@gmail.com and then, you can send it back in the original package and it'll be replace. You have one week after received to send it back. 
• We do not accept returns if the jewelry is not broken. Each pieces is made to order for you, that is why we do not exchange pieces. Please be sure before buying any pieces and take the good measurements :)
• Please know your size for rings, if it's the wrong size, it cannot be replaced or re-sized. 
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including returns.
